Who we are

Team Service was founded by Franco Poletti, initially focusing on marketing safety equipment for ski slopes and forming partnerships with various industries within the Italian market.

Team Service became the exclusive distributor in Italy and site coordinator for Josef Wiegand GmbH & Co. KG, a global leader in the construction of rail bobsled tracks, summer slides, water slides, and land transport systems.

As part of our ongoing expansion into the United States and Canada, we established the TS North America LLC branch in August 2024, headquartered in Falls, Idaho.

Furthermore, due to our continuous growth, the headquarters was relocated to Dormelletto, in the province of Novara, on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The new, fully renovated facility covers an area of 6000 square meters and includes two warehouses of 2500 square meters each, providing optimal spaces for production and design.
